Printful adds third fulfillment center in Europe
Personalized product company Printful is opening its third fulfillment center in Europe, and eighth globally. The 30,138-square-foot fulfillment center is in the Marupe Smart Park industrial space in Riga, Latvia. Product fulfillment operations are set to be launched in the first quarter of 2021. The second fulfillment center in Riga will initially serve as a storage and warehousing space, as well as boost Printful’s cut-and-sew capacity in the existing Lidostas Parks facility, the company said.
As part of Printful’s global market growth strategy, the company said it is continually investing in its European operations. In addition to the most recent facility in Riga, Printful already has two fully operational warehousing-and-fulfillment centers in Europe. Both Riga facilities are close to the Riga International Airport, providing an advantage of faster shipping opportunities.
Since its founding in 2013, Printful has delivered 22 million items, and in 2019 the company hit a revenue milestone of $116 million.
